All our apartments are fully refurnished, with linen and towels provided, white goods, pots and pans, sat TV, internet Wi-Fi, electricity and heating system. The client undertakes to subscribe at the check-in all the documentations requested by Public Authority and the apartment’s rule, illustrated by the owner or manager who takes care of it.

Guarantee deposit and contractual formality: at his arrival, the client will have to produce the details of a valid credit card as guarantee (or cash or voucher, or an advance payment by bank transfer as stated on “payment terms” of the ownership) to match the sum specified on the website for the facility booked. Such information will be kept as precaution and sum will be charged on the credit card only in case of payment due and/or damages to the facility.

Terms of payment: 30% at the end of the booking process with Credit Card through secure Paypal connection or through a Bank Transfer (both options details will be described on the booking options which will be sent to you). Te payment with credit card on Paypal circuit has an extra fee of 4% (calculated over the whole sum f the transaction) to be paid by the client. The 70% must to be paid 60 days before the arrival date.

Terms of cancellation: if the contract proposal will be cancelled by the clent after the acceptance of it the following penalties will be applied:
-20% for a cancellation communicated after more than 45 days to the beginning of the lease
-50% between 45 and 31 days to the beginning of the lease
-100% between the 30 and 6 days to the beginning of the lease
In case of cancellation or other payment due, the client authorize the charge of the sum on his/her credit card left as guarantee

Check-in and check-out times (unless otherwise stated)
The check-in takes place for appointment since 3 p.m. and till 7 p.m.
Beyond 20:00 only for appointment and with an extra fee to be paid cash at your arrival.
The check-out has to be done before than 10:00 with an appointment.
We ask to deal directly with the owner about time of arrival and departure at least 2 days in advance, otherwise assistance during the check in/out will not be guaranteed.

Rules and behavior: The client is committed to respect the neighborhoods, follow the rules which will be described by the ownership or managers during the check in, the smoking areas (allowed only in the balconies and terraces), and avoid bad behaviors which can disturb the other people living in the same building or in its proximity. It’s strictly forbidden: 1) the use of common building space for personal needing; 2)the access of bicycle and motorbikes to the building; 3)the access of a number of people that exceeds the maximum number of people allowed inside the apartment; 4) the access is denied to pets (unless otherwise stated); 5)move from the property any object or furniture which are part of the home furnishing. The ownership, with advance notice, has the right to visit the facility lease.
